With the holiday season upon us, I like to kick off the excitement by trying new recipes. If you are like me, then you like dishes that have seasonal key components. I love using pumpkin and cranberries! Especially if I can put them together in a delicious bread or desert.

This dish certainly is not conducive to my weight lose plan, but a small slice won't cause any major setbacks.

I added a full bag of Cascadian Farm organic raw cranberries.

The cake came out absolutely delicious and moist. I know that I will be making this cake again, my children will insist that I do!
